Pros

The company has an honorable mission on paper - a CUSO designed to help small credit unions complete with larger financial institutions. It can look nice on a resume and you will be exposed to many different credit unions across the country. Working with and helping clients directly is rewarding.

Cons

The company is run by a CEO who is nothing more than a bully. He knows nothing about technology and is a horrible communicator with zero vision. He does not know how to lead and is doing nothing to build leaders. Anyone who disagrees or questions him is either openly humiliated or punished at a later date. There is a very real limit as to how far anyone can go in the company. The whole platform is run on outdated technology and there is no vision or direction to improve or innovate. Any update is massively outdated by the time it every hits the market. They have and continue to lose their biggest clients and are quickly becoming more and more obsolete. The mid level management team has no real power and has NEVER been given a single professional development course, tool, coach or role model. There is no consistency, pay is WELL below market and overall it is an entirely unprofessional organization.
