      Management that has no idea what your job entails, constantly underestimates the workload, shortens deadlines without prior consultation, and fires multiple employees on a whim without providing any concrete reasoning.

      Highly micromanaged environment with little trust in employees. Managers are overly involved in every detail, requiring constant check-ins and approvals, which slows work and adds unnecessary stress.
