      Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Get your experience and get out not a place to retire. A lot of false hope and empty promises. Leads and supervisors have a lot of favorites pay raises are based off of your liked and not based on skill

      Location, New facility, and 401k match.

      Cons

      The organization sells you on great benefits as a mechanic and a long-term career here, but the recruiter sells you a dream during the initial interview process and then the first week when you start, you are thrown into a pack of wolves with no real training or guidance. I would not recommend working here.
