      Some coworkers are nice and location is good.

      Process is there but I one follows, and management is poor. Everything is rush last minute notice.

      The hours are decent considering.

      Cons

      This could be the worst job. Pay is crap. The benefits are crap. The main reason why I left is because the culture and the horrendous work ethic from top to bottom. No one seems to care what-so-ever. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing and when you ask for help they simply shrug and say, "I dunno". No one is held accountable.
