CSX transportation is purchasing your life, crew callers are disrespectful and rude after waking your entire family up in the middle of the night, company culture is horrible, lack of sleep, not knowing when to sleep or when you will be required to work, too many rules, and it is the only place that I have ever worked that you need to purchase insurance for when you will be fired.
