Executives are the BEST, very easy to work with and have an open door policy for ALL employees. They truly care about the company and well being of every employee. CSU has that family feel that makes you feel like you are at home.

Can't think of any major cons for CSU. The environment is friendly. The only con I can think of is the delay on a request or question submitted to some people via email.

Management listens and acts to good ideas. A lot of room to get involved in new projects everyday. A fair and honest workplace, everyone is treated with respect. CEO brings in lectures from all walks of life to create a round culture. Lessons are learned through everyday activities. As an IT company there is always an element of excitement when working on something new. Flexible hours allow for a great work-life balance when need be.

No annual/quarterly review to help focus on individual skill building. No HR department for internal issues. As an SMB sometimes ideas take a long time to take shape.
