      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you want to gain clinical experience in a pediatric setting. The people make the place great and each clinician and therapist is wonderful in their respective field. If you send your child to CST they will receive an excellent quality of care.

      Cons

      The PTO and sick policy is not the best. You get very minimal sick days (especially for working with children), and PTO is scarce. Burn out is easy to approach with the lack of staff support and time off from an especially demanding job

      Pros

      - Ethical practices for learners and staff - Positive and collaborative community atmosphere. - Good work life balance with the ability to choose your own availability! - NO OCURRENCES or penalties for being sick!! - Great communication with center director and clinic leads. - Great SLP, OT, PT and BCBA support. - Well rounded training that prepares new staff for work! It does not feel as if you are thrown into the fire.

      Cons

      - Less than 40 hours availability will not guarantee administrative time when not working directly with learners.
