A Morally Corrupt Organisation and An Awful Employer - Junior Account Executive CSS Partners Employee Review

I enjoyed working at CSS. The companies they raise finance for are innovative and diverse. They run an apprentice scheme as well which enables younger employees to gain an in depth understanding of Venture Capital and Private Equity within a sales environment. They also train their employees and put them through regulatory exams.

It's a smaller company than others but generally speaking I see that as a positive.

The company offers good opportunities for experience. Also, most of my colleagues were good people.

Poor organisational culture, ethics and values which is caused by very poor management. Employees are not valued despite the small size of the company and employees interests are certainly not at heart.
