1- All seniors (with 1 or 2 exceptions) possess wealth of knowledge and often available to help. 2- Management are generally flexible, approachable and friendly. 3- Minimum to no politics, hence peaceful atmosphere more or less.

1- The pay and benefits aren’t at all good for a company as well-known as CSS. No bonuses, nor yearly increment ...increments happen once in 2 years, if you push :-/ 2- You have to work on alternate Saturdays (half-day) 3- No remote or hybrid working unless there’s a serious health reason. 4- Payment delays to vendors and agents cause stress for clients and Sales/coordinators often
