      You gain lots of customer service and healthcare experience. Paid training with good benefits Lots of opportunities to move up in the company

      Cons

      Always low staff which hurts the other workers. The management is disorganized. Starting pay is not that good.

      The insurance benefits are great

      the pay is low and like most businesses they have no loyalty to existing long term employees they pay more money to the new incoming employees instead of the employees that have been working there and have been loyal
