      Good work-life balance. Challenging work Good work environment.

      Cons

      No hike even after completing one year Annual variable pay which form 25% of CTC mentioned in offer letter but is not paid to anyone. No performance based bonus/incentives

      I have 5 years of experience, and my rate has been cut to the Jr level A lot of work from the client side, which requires me to stay online for at least 10-11 hours every day
