      Great benefits, flexible schedule, close to home.

      Cons

      Lack of Diversity due to current management attitude with regards to African American Managers below them. There was a diverse mid-management working at NJ/NY location including myself when I first started. Due to senior management attitude, all minority managers no longer work there.

      Work life Balance, Growth plan, Weekly 1-1 with managers to gauge progress and any areas of support needed

      Cons

      Lack of communication when directives are given or follow through. Some directives change without communication being given down the chain.
