Pros

- Pay is good compared to similar companies - Benefits are good if you manage to get them - Excellent online training - but where does it lead you in the company??? - Health plan is very good - Location is perfect

Cons

- Team Leaders and managers don't have a clue how to manage a team - Both lack knowledge - Training is poor - A group can have 2 or 3 TLs - one doesn't know who to report - EVERY month you receive a long CRITICISM email about your flaws - never positive - Your job report is never good enough - so they don't have to pay bonus or raise your salary - Co-workers are fake and always stabbing each other on their back - I guess they believe they will get a raise or promotion, which it never happens. - They do offer extra benefits (auto purchase, computer purchase...) but it's very tricky to get it. - There is NO WAY to do a perfect job, no matter how well you do it, they will find (make up) a flaw.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
