During my time with the company, Management did an excellent job of communicating everything clearly and succinctly. We were never left in the dark as to what direction the company was headed or what our goals were each quarter. There were open lines of communication from the very top to the very bottom.
Cons
I moved out of the state, and since my job wasn’t one that could be done remotely, I had no choice but to put in my two weeks.
