Not good - Anonymous employee CSA Group Employee Review

Where to begin? This organization is full of lies. Claims to care about employee wellbeing and at one time flaunted a hybrid WFH situation which the CEO is now trying hard to dismantle. Why??? Also talked a big talk about DEI and has now scrapped that effort because of politics in the US. Pathetic and insulting!!! HR creates “action plans” every year to address issues raised in the employee survey but nothing ever gets fixed. Because no one is listening to the real issues. Management is so disillusioned and claims to care about employees but often hires externally when there is so much talent right in front of them. Compensation could also be much better
