Pros

No matter how much it grows and new departments are forming, it manages to keep the start-up spirit. Those who prefer suits and ties would consider it frivolous ambient, luckily you are about to see a suit only when some important meeting is about to happen. Fully relax atmosphere, everyone minding their own business, but ready to jump in when you need them. Meetings are organised on the fly with everyone allowed but not required to participate and share opinions. Decisions derived straight from observation. There are no secrets, nor "management only". It actually took me more then a month to realise that one of the guys who prefer spending nights in his office surrounded by geeky devices is actually one of the owners. I was convinced it was an admin or something as he helped me few times on tech problems. Now, CS is standing as the best of the best when it comes to customer support, and that's where real pressure comes in - customers and requests. You are surely about to master from php and sql to java, perl, c and everything possible programmers invented. It's the biggest Pros. Think about getting PhD in computer science but getting paid for it. The fastest way to meet the upper management would be probably by not keeping the performances on top. It's the environment where everyone put it's best and same is expected from you to do. - Good paycheck, growing as you grow. - Nice launch break, organised catering. - The more you give, more you get in return, and you'l be surprised nothing get's unnoticed.

Cons

Work-Life balance outweigh towards work. It order to keep up with the required performances, you'l need to spend a lot of free time learning and experimenting. You'll never feel confident in everything as there's always something new.

Pros

Absolutely brilliant team, ability to learn low level programming, new telecommunication technologies as well as opportunity to work with clients worldwide. Ability to work on different type of projects, not only related to SMS and telephony.

Cons

Due to deadlines, sometimes it's required to work overtime.
