Brand Tag, good building, good facilities, good for beginners wanting to get a year or so of experience
Cons
Sycophancy from top to bottom, which is actively encouraged and openly admitted. It is just a big personality cult. No meritocracy, utter hypocrisy, erosion of work ethics, intellectual abilities have been side tracked, people who do not suck up are either fired at the junior level or at senior levels, eased out by engineering situations. No sense of customer service, it is just leveraging on brand tag.
