Work life balance. Good colleagues. Being a consultant results in many different projects and tasks.
Cons
Below average salary compared to IDA statistics. Good and hard work is not rewarded in the yearly salary negotiation. Last few years my salary decreased due to inflation. No investment in employee training. First 45 minutes to and from a customer is on your own time (adding 1,5 unpaid work hours to your day).
