      Pros

      A way to get your foot in the door or back in the door in my case. Provides employment.

      Cons

      They have a school that locks people that get their CDL through them in a contract for six or nine months. The pay is the lowest I have ever heard of. I'm driving for 12 cents a mile right now. I won't be sticking around much longer. Going where the money is.
