Pros
The work is overall not hard. They do push safety which is great but can be excessive for some things that happen on the road are just not in your control. Management doesn't micromanage you which to me is very nice!
Cons
Management is not so involved with employees which to me can be important because it doesn't involve so much team building and personal connections with staff. The pay could be better.
