      Generous superannuation contribution from the uni Relaxing workload if you want to lay down, ppl can watch YouTube for whole day at work

      Cons

      1. Once you got a role, you will be at that role forever, you can do all the work, but no position/salary rewards 2. Some ppl are super lazy 3. No culture
