Management is flexible with hours and will work with your personal schedule People are caring and there is a strong family environment. An employee lost their apartment to a fire and the company chipped in to help out. Very casual atmosphere allows you to feel comfortable Good benefits and 401K matching If you want to change your role at CPT it is open for discussion. They send people back to school if they want to further their education. People volunteer to help out other teams with projects/work load.
Cons
You have to work long/late hours and sometimes take work home with you. It can be hard to balance work and personal life. With a family atmosphere boundaries become a grey area Kitchen duty is the worst, especially when people don't chip in.
