The management will come up with excuses such as your name being “selected for audit” to justify the delay. - Management lacks transparency and professionalism — there is poor communication, unclear direction, and frequent last-minute changes. - The work environment is highly unstable; employees can be terminated abruptly without notice or discussion. - Expectations are often unrealistic, and there is no proper guidance or structure. - Morale among staff tends to be low due to inconsistent management behavior and uncertainty about job security.
