Pros
Good salary, good benefits and water bottles. Some decent people. Training and trainers generally are knowledgeable and helpful with learning the job.
Cons
Beware of cliques and people who have family members in certain positions. They will get away with behaving a certain way and when you confront them, they will send emails and play the victim even though they are the aggressor. Some managers can't handle the pressure and try to blame others for their shortcomings and will be the first to criticize you but can't take it because they can't check their ego's while pointing out that you have one. If you need to expense something as a manager or even as a worker, expect to get paid back months later. If you have an issue with someone, make sure that you follow up constantly on them, and if they make a racist remark, bring it up with HR right away instead of letting it slide.
