      Pros

      Free parking, some of the colleagues are decent people.

      Cons

      There is a massive lack of leadership. No training, the managers and senior staff are grumpy and not helpful. There is no teamwork, everyone makes up their own rules and policies. They didn’t pay me everything they owed when I left and senior leadership ignored my requests.

      The North American team is amazing. They are so kind, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Could have better processes in place when it comes to training but they are working on it.
