Although we are growing in many other areas, the majority of our clients are presently podiatrists, but we never hide information about the fields in which we work. There are indeed several stages to our hiring process, but these are all put into place as a necessary means to best ensure the position is the right fit for both the possible employee and the company. In addition, we place a high importance on employee education and training, with multiple hours allotted each month to each employee for personal development, as well as weekly trainings for anyone who wants to attend, monthly department meetings each month and staff wide meetings monthly too. We encourage all employees to learn different aspects of our business as well, so as not to confine them to any one role, thus training is ongoing for every employee. Are there too many irons in the fire? Perhaps at times. However, this is a team-oriented company that prides itself in working together to accomplish our goals, welcoming all ideas and solutions contributing to the betterment of the company.
