Pros
Many years ago, this was a wonderful place with a humble and kind CEO. If you need a job, and get hired, you get paid? IDK... that is about it. I may even consider welfare before joining this org.
Cons
Anyone who has shared benefits as being a PRO, clearly has not worked for any other organization. Benefits are high priced with less than desirable coverage. While I was there, there was never chatter about how to be a better employer through benefits and comp. It was the opposite, things were taken away. Huge red flag with that alone. Unfortunately, CF fell trap to placing a CEO who allowed for the good ole buddy system to run rampant. This reeked havoc on any "family feel culture" CF once had. Opportunities are limited unless you are well liked by certain executives (I refuse to call them leaders, because they are far from it with their behaviors). They not only favor friends, but they use inequitable hiring practices as well and discriminate daily. I am shocked the company has not been sued (or, maybe they have). They main focus has been growth (because the company is tanking by the minute) but any plans they have are not well thought out and only benefit a few rather than the org as a whole. People are told they're not wanted, or to leave if they share feedback or their POV. Sound close minded? Yeah, well back to my original point of poor executives. This company lacks a healthy listening culture, doesn't value employee feedback or any diversity of thought. They treat diversity as a check in the box, this really is not the place for someone who desires to feel appreciated and valued. They may say they want opinions and feedback but 9 times out of 10, leadership knows the direction they are going because that is what they want not because they have considered outcome or success. It's actually quite sad. I honestly question if this company will make it... and have talked to many others (former and current employees) who feel the same.
