      Pros

      - Staff discount + Allowance - Diverse team - An hour lunch breaks - Beautiful clothes

      Cons

      - Staff shortage (almost all the time) and If you’re full time it can become very exhausting really quickly as it’s quite demanding - Pay is crap - Highest turn over - In-store management and head office is a mixed bag, some are nice and some, not so much - career progression can take some time

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, would recommend to people new to retail because of the slower pace

      Management can be passive aggressive but that’s specific managers
