I had very nice and helpful colleagues at Consultec. You can get valuable experience while working on big mining and cement plant projects. documents are organized and every thing is modeled in 3D.
Cons
there is a few chance to have some learning courses during the work. you will have a broad range of tasks to do which is some times confusing. It is hard to advance in the company.
You will be exposed to all types of experience:
- prelim studies
- OPEX/CAPEX estimates
- detail design
- construction & commissioning
- field/site visits
Great team members and leadership with a focus on results and quality.
