Pros
The only pro is that once you leave the company you suddenly find a new found happiness and appreciation for other bosses.
Cons
Be VERY careful when working for Condor. Triple check your contracts, tax papers and everything because they are very sly when it comes to money. Some ex employees were under the impression that all taxes were paid, but weren't. Only to find out we still owe the gov. money even AFTER leaving. Just putting this out there so no one else falls victim to this. I do not recommend this company even to my worst enemy!
