Long Working Hours: The shifts are 10 hours long. But you get to take breaks in between. Bonus Structure: Bonuses are not guaranteed and are tied to the company's overall performance, so you're not entitled to a yearly bonus. We are only entitled to 1 month salary AWS at the end of the year. No Additional Allowances: The role offers only a basic salary, with no extra allowances.
