Pros

Speaking as a CSR and CSR only. No Night Shifts: You'll have a stable schedule with shifts starting at either 9AM or 10AM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your evenings. Flexible Off Days: You're able to plan your days off, keeping in mind the needs of your colleagues. This allows for a good work-life balance, especially if you're considerate and plan your leave 3-4 months in advance. Ideal for Settling Down: The environment is not competitive, making it a great place to settle after years of working in customer service. You’ll still have the energy to enjoy dinners with family, and even take weekends off, depending on scheduling. Slower Pace: Unlike high-pressure, fast-paced customer service roles, this position is more relaxed, ideal for experienced customer service professionals looking for a less intense environment. No KPI Pressure: While there are no KPIs to hit, you’ll be responsible for working with 11 restaurants, so attention to detail is important. It’s not the place to make frequent mistakes, but the absence of strict performance targets creates a more comfortable work setting. No AUX :) I know right..... :D Small team of 6. Which is great. All you do is make restaurant reservations and need to adhere to PDPA.

Cons

Long Working Hours: The shifts are 10 hours long. But you get to take breaks in between. Bonus Structure: Bonuses are not guaranteed and are tied to the company's overall performance, so you're not entitled to a yearly bonus. We are only entitled to 1 month salary AWS at the end of the year. No Additional Allowances: The role offers only a basic salary, with no extra allowances. Limited Medical Benefits: You have to rely on your flexi wallet for medical expenses, which might not be sufficient in case of major health issues. It's advisable to have personal insurance for better coverage. No Growth Opportunities: There’s limited potential for career advancement within the team. As mentioned, it's more of a place to settle down, earn a stable income, and enjoy work-life balance without the pressure to climb the corporate ladder. Chill but Static Environment: While the environment is laid-back, it might not be suitable for those seeking a dynamic or growth-oriented career.
