Pros
Working in international education and helping grantees establish cross cultural connections was fulfilling and amazing. Working to promote diversity and inclusion in the selection process was also very rewarding. The team was also very cooperative.
Cons
Poor management. Too much turn over of staff. We lost alot of really good, qualified staff to poor management and lack of appreciation.
