Subordinates are no longer respected.
If you're a field employee, expect to travel a lot more than your told in your interview. Also, expect to be away from home longer than you are told. Don't expect to get home breaks while away.
Misleading and unreliable communication.
Owner's girlfriend has been given too much power and control over departments she is highly unqualified for.
