As a growing company, COINS provides lots of opportunity for career development and advancement. COINS is a solid company, with 30+ years of business excellence and there is no sign of slowing down.
Cons
COINS is an expanding company, so flexibility and adaptability are important characteristics for every team member to have - but I would not really call this a "con" - just more of a "heads-up."
