Can only hang up on abusive customers when they call you a name, punished for hanging up on customers that yell and curse at you, punished for taking FMLA through excessive scrutiny and gaslighting when you return to work, no sick leave, expensive health insurance, back to back calls, high employee turnover, low pay raise for working an additional role, very little opportunities for advancement even when you’re one of the best at your job, you’re made to work after hours sometimes when call volume is high so there’s no control over your daily schedule.
