      Incredible HR programs and great DE&I

      Cons

      The culture talks a lot about valuing their employees and taking care of their work force, but it's not legitimate. As always, the dollar is more important than their employees so they create sales contests that make back office employees work 55 hour weeks with little notice. They preach a work-life balance but don't deliver.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Cons

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
