Pros
Adequate pay scale, 401k match is great, good benefits in comparison to other companies.
Cons
Advancement is very difficult. No pay increases without promotion. Bonus plan (PLM) is terrible. Many people leave/fired, but no reaction from management. They don't seem to care or see the need to stop this.
