Just read my cons - ATE CMS IT services Employee Review

Well, this was the first company where i got job so i decided not to leave. Its like for 6 months i worked there in CMS IT service, Bangalore. Let me tell you what I experienced and some of the fake promises they made at the time of joining and many more things. When I joined here as an ATE, I felt good like finally I got a job, but let me tell you one thing the one who is been unemployed for long long time and not fitted for any jobs whatever role it may be they get job in this company doesn't matter if you are 2012-2017 pass out and you don't have experience, they will give you the job easily because no one wants to work there. They will ask you 15000-20000 money for training. I dont feel like saying more. I was the sufferer though as I was jobless at that time. Always REMEMBER on thing don't get frustrated if you don't get any job there is surely something good waiting for you, so just chill out and have patience and don't join company like this. Ok let me continue about my starting life in this company when I got job here I was happy that i finally got a job I paid 20000 and did training under one trainer I forgot is name but he was good. The one who recruited me I won't display his name he made some fake promises you will come to know latter. So on the very first day, after my training I went to work where I was assigned to field job and the place where I was assigned have poor management facility. I roam around in Bangalore city for like 40/50km by taking Bus/cab in a day. The site they send me first month was good after that it went worst, the client location they will send few of them are good and few are so arrogant they will speak with you rudely and also will humiliate you, you have bear it, like I did. So I wasn't happy coz my recuiter told me that including my colleague at the time of joining that we won't get assigned to field job and that we will work in one client location only. Everything the recruiter told all opposite things were happening. So I went to my HR and told him about it, that I can't do field job, I was told by the recuiter that no field job only site job. So the HR asked me to wait and I was like waiting for 1month doing nothing, sitting in the corner of the office so finally I was called by my HR and then he told me that if you can't do filed job you have to quit the job. I was shocked when i heard this words from him. I was also humiliated in the main office not ony me few other employers got humiliated for wearing casual shoes, one of the manager asked us to stand up and one by one he started to humiliate us infront of other support stuff, I was depressed after few days some of them quit. But still on the very next day,I wore formal shoes and continued my field job and latter I quited the job. I learned only one thing from my struggle that one must have patience to get a good job rather then working companies like CMS IT where you will be disrespected and no one will care about you. And there are many more things to share it will be like long essay so I won't share much. Lastly, about the salary structure you will get around 8000 which is a very low pay and also after one year by looking at your performance, I dont know what performance they will see though you will get around 9000 which is impossible to survive in Bangalore even a cab driver will earn more then you. Sorry for being rude. And also i forgot to say one thing while training they wont provide you lattest receipt, they will just write in a piece of blank paper, they will also promise you that you will be receiving the lattest receipt by the end of training but they won't, the reason might me due to some people who are active and legal might complain it to the consumer forum, might be! Don't know the exact reason. And also, I have heard from one of the former employer that they will treat you well for 1/2 months after that they will pressurize you to left the job, I didn't believe him untill i experienced myself latter. And there is no future out your career will be destroyed! Please think before you join here. So lastly, just have patience and chill out you will get good job just work hard but don't destroy your future working here lots of politics and all goes here. Take care, be smart and have patience your time will come don't get frustrated if you don't get job. I got many things to share but I won't.
