- Horrible toxic masculine sales culture. Initimidating and unwelcoming for new employees, with a corporate culture of nepotism and favouritism.
- Salaries are terrible and generally most people feel underpaid and undervalued. Pay increases are promised and rarely fulfilled, often with a commission structure being introduced as a compromise, which is often unachievable, or you can expect goal posts to move at the final moments. Commission targets will also increase EVERY time they are hit, with no further compensation provided.
- Promotes itself as a DEI organisation, yet has little to no room for any particular accomodations, in fact will now not even allow you to wear headphones/earphones, despite the overstiumulating noise in the office. Also hires more POC graduates to improve DEI scores, despite having an entirely white board of directors.
- WFH policy gradually getting worse with complete misalignment with most organisations. Expect minimum 4 days in office unless you've been at the company a significant period of time.
