Constant backstabbing, cover ups and lying. Mistakes are covered up and lied about and anyone who brings problems or these coverups to the attention of management is blamed and punished for it. The owners bad mouth employees to other employees and scream at them in front of others. They lie when it's convenient, even when there are witnesses to prove they are lying. They isolate and demean anyone they don't personally like. The refuse to correct ongoing issues that are brought to their attention. They violate their own standards and then yell at employees that do the same. They tell some employees one thing and not others and then punish those they never told for not following their directions, and conversely, they yell at employees for doing things they told them to do because they can't remember what they did or did not tell them. You are also yelled at for asking questions or trying to clarify things because it annoys them. Bad behavior has no consequences, but they will harass and write up people for various things they have heard through the rumor mill, regardless of whether or not it's true. You are never given the benefit of the doubt unless you are one of their favored employees. Their policies are made up left and right and it becomes difficult to follow after a time because they change so drastically and so often and there is often no record of these policies, only word of mouth.
