I really appreciate being able to help others in my every day work life. I love helping with events: seeing everything come together beautifully. Our attendees and sponsors leaving refreshed with new ideas and education to improve their own professional (and personal!) lives. I also love that the team is open to new ideas to improve processes- we get better and better every event! Our team is like family and I can confidently say that everyone has each other's backs. I also wholeheartedly appreciate that our leadership team encourages good work/life balance and provides a bit of flexibility as needed.

With the ebb and flow of events, sometimes we fall into working additional hours... there is a lot to juggle, but it keeps us on our toes and keeps things interesting!

The owners are kind and sweet

People are overworked and underpaid. A lot of micromanagement going on. Leadership team plays favors.
