This company has a good benefits packages, good vacation package, and a good tuition reimbursement package. The only benefit for that is that they pay for your education, which benefits you at your next job destination.
Cons
If you're not in the in-crowd or if you're non-European, you're prospects for raises and promotional activities are nonexistent.
