Pros

40 hours of consistent work

Cons

How much time do you have? All the experienced guys left because not one person in that office has any clue what goes on the field. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. At 9am they’ll ask you to work late because they’ve already messed up the schedule for the day, and if you don’t? Get ready for the onslaught of manipulation that’s about to be in your face. Management keeps track of all “favors” so they have ammo to use against you in time of need. Definitely not a family friendly business to work for. Not one person in the office has ever picked up a wrench. Definitely better options out there. Ya live ya learn. In this case, the grass is definitely greener on the other side.

At time of separation, employee still owed a substantial balance to the company and was unable to pay at that time. While we recognize we are not perfect, we feel that we do a better job that just about anyone out there in a difficult industry. There is a very high rate of turnover in our industry as a whole, and seniority in more companies peaks at 2-3 years for most companies. The difference is, we care. We are actively and constantly striving to better ourselves and create the new norm for our industry. If anyone out there would like to see the real CM Heating experience, we invite you to come on in for an interview. You'll be glad you did.
