None at all. The worst place I ever worked for.

The company doesn’t care about people, has no good values, will twist things always in their favor, will use your vulnerable position. Management doesn’t exist, because there are no real managers there, but the micromanagement is on the highest level. You will have no freedom to do your job. The environment is absolutely poisoned and sick. And also your free time will not belong to you anymore because it will belong to the company (at least that’s is the mindset).The pay, is just for survival. The job requirements and responsibilities do not meet the salary even close. HR does everything only in the favor of the company, no care about the people and do not even know what is happening within the teams, because no one trusts them to even talk to them. There are certain people who are allowed to harass others on the daily basis, many people do not know anything about professionalism or professional way of communication. This place made a lot of people loose hope in themselves, many people do not believe that they are worth anything anymore because of the way they are being treated for years. Such place should be closed forever.
