      reactive management rather than proactive with the growth in the area but I think they are working on it.

      Pay and benefits are reasonable. Lots of nice and dedicated people to work with.

      Cons

      Hard to avoid politics and games. Disengaged management, especially administrative level. Expect way to much work for the positions.
