Leadership often felt disconnected from day-to-day operations, which made alignment and execution challenging. There appeared to be favoritism toward certain individuals, impacting team morale and fairness. Communication across leadership was inconsistent and at times unclear, which created confusion and slowed progress. Greater emphasis on strong, transparent leadership and communication would significantly improve the employee experience.
