Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you had a negative training experience. We value each and every one of our associates and currently have a dedicated team of 12 associates who are revising initial sales training and on-boarding. This team consists of sales associates, managers and Vice Presidents. Needless to say, this is a big focus for us and a new and improved training program will be in place soon. Our goal is to continuously improve and feedback like yours allows us to focus on the right things. I'm sorry again that your experience wasn't a positive one.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
