Pros

Pay is subpar for the physical strain Workplace was positive-ish Benefits were good if you could pay for it(United Health) Service Techs have the ability for the highest pays within the company aside from high-level management Experience can garner some positive self-reflection

Cons

Service Techs are required to do everyone else's jobs along with their own Required Lifting is treated as a joke and their only weeding out of candidates is brute force turnover at best. Severance/Termination is sudden but not surprising

Thank you for your feedback. We currently have a number of teams working diligently to ensure the Associate's experience is positive. Also, our Safety Team is evaluating new pre-qualifications for New Hire Service Techs so that we don’t hire people that are physically unfit to do the job.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
