Pros

The pay is very good compared to other companies in the same market

Cons

Here is my 2 cents after working at this place for years: Operations department- very toxic environment. Specially Customer Service. Managers (all but Megan) are entitled and have a very negative attitude. No one wants to help because it's such a burden. That is why there is always a need for customer service representatives, NO ONE lasts. Their turnover rate is extremely high (just ask for it). If you can stand: pressure, favoritism, managers and supervisors rolling their eyes because you have question, etc... then this is the perfect place for you. Customer Service is a tough tough job, everybody knows this, however, this place makes it even tougher. Not only do you have the customer against you, but you always have management against you as well. Customer Service is a separate entity of the company. It's like they're independent. The structure and the "overall company values" never get to that place. HR knows how barbaric they are, and so does the rest of the company. They just never get involved. The president/CEO lets the customer service management do whatever they want with the department. Same thing goes for the warehouse. If you have aspirations of holding a leadership position, you better be drinking buddies with management, otherwise, if you're the type of person to do your job and go home, you'll be stuck in the same position for years. HR is full of people that are never helpful. God forbid you have an appointment with one of them. They forget and leave you waiting for them for hours. I even remember my first interview. Not lying, I was waiting for 90 mins for a woman called Debbie. During the interview I could tell she would rather be doing something else. I later asked one of my coworkers, and the same thing happened to him. The sales department, on the other hand, is a very good place to work at. People are very nice, pay is good and the management is fair. If you go for sales and have experience selling, then this is a good place to go to. Overall, if you are in sales this place is good. Otherwise, stay away.

Not much. Great place in general.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
