Pros

No real positives of mention. Everything they offer is easily gained elsewhere as a good skilled person.

Cons

Do as I say, not as I do. Manager and right hand man are friends so nepotism is tolerated and the quality of the place is a result (very high staff turnover). As a skilled person don't expect any training and development. They mislead new ires with training but the reality is that the training is a poorly written document or you'll have someone that doesn't really know what there doing showing you the kit. They treat you pretty poorly and don't expect anything above minimum. No overtime, standards are low. If you're happy to go in, do very little that will make you grow and then go home, then this will e ok. Most people use it as a stop gap.

Pros

Pay is high for field technicians in the United States , lots of financial incentives to use your own vehicle for travel, gas card and per diem .

Cons

Worst culture of any placed I worked. On my first day at the corporate office in Alpharetta GA. the highest person in the company was rude and not helpful, he yelled at me to rush through my in processing with HR so he could go eat. Employees and leaders are rough with each other and antagonistic. There seems to be some political problems within the company , like a power struggle. They don't trust each other. The finance department was questioning if my bank was actually a real bank and reluctant to direct deposit funds into my account. Fragmented management the lights are on but no one is home. Their robot business will not scale well because of the amount of money and labor required to install and maintain the robots. Worked fifty eight hours a week and was only home four days each month. Horrible work life balance. Everyone smokes or chews tobacco. Some drug using employees and leaders who are open about it.
